Screen Space

is your desk top cluttered? Why not have a tidy up. Delete those old shortcuts. Create a folder on your desktop. Categorize the rest. If you have a lot of shortcuts,say, reference health. Create a folder called Health. Copy those shortcuts into that folder.

Defrag?

emmm, de-what?

De-frag, is the built in check for your hard drive, and how jumbled up all your file locations are on the hard drive.

go to start/programs/accessories/system tools/disk defragmenter

select your main drive, and analyse, it will show how bad your files are. The Disk Defragmenter Utility is designed to reorganize noncontiguous files into contiguous files and optimize their placement on the hard drive for increased reliability and performance.
